The Role: The Communication and Engagement Specialist will manage and improve all our communications flows, within and outside our company. Focusing on our internal and external voice, you will plan and oversee our engagement calendar in line with our brand values. You will report directly in to our Head of People and Culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for internal and executive communications. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to bring communication initiatives from concept to delivery. Create and author a range of internal and executive communications, including presentations, announcements, forums, and blogs, to be distributed across various communication channels. Invest time and creativity in enhancing our intranet, blending information, tools, and social engagement. Use analytical data and reports to evaluate success, identify areas for improvement, and drive actionable changes. Develop and manage an engagement calendar that highlights key national and global events aligned with our brand priorities. Support leadership and company town halls by assisting with messaging, agenda development, speaker selection, and logistical coordination. Partner with the social committee to implement engaging initiatives with a clear focus on ROI. Manage and maintain our internal communication platforms. Lead the coordination and communication efforts for charity work, including those related to our charitable arm, The Brannerson Foundation. Skills and Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience writing in a corporate environment. Strong creative communications experience with the ability to tailor content for specific audiences. Strong IT skills including word, excel and power point. You must be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines and change direction when required. A determined mindset with a driven work-ethic. Experience in writing for a ecommerce and/ or fashion retailer. Educated to degree level in a relevant subject. What's on offer?
