Job Description
* Managing office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness.
* Coordinating with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and efficiency.
* Overseeing administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
* Working closely with the legal team to ensure all operations are compliant with regulations.
* Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
* Ensuring filing systems are maintained and current.
* Participating in educational opportunities and professional organisations to stay updated with industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
* A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the Legal industry.
* Knowledge and experience of legal compliance, contracts and office management systems.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and other office management tools.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
