About the Role
In this role, you will be seconded to a major automotive brand in the UK to provide essential support to their product owners. Your primary focus will be to manage business-as-usual (BAU) digital activities, ensuring the smooth operation of digital content, tools, and platforms. You will take ownership of regular updates across the website and app, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and alignment with UX best practices and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Content & Platform Management: Ensure website and app content (including car configurator and model pages) are up to date, accurate, and optimised.
* Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver seamless digital updates and experiences.
* Process & Workflow Coordination: Manage content update processes, maintaining clear documentation and ensuring timely execution.
* Data-Driven Optimisation: Use insights and analytics to inform content updates and drive continuous improvement.
* Campaign & Offer Management: Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring digital assets and promotional materials are correctly implemented.
* Agile Working: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Digital Account/Project Management role.
* Proven experience in fast-paced commercial environments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Desirable Experience:
* Background in the automotive sector.
* Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS and project management platforms like JIRA.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Location & Work Setup
* Hybrid working model:
* 3 days per week in the London office.
* 2 days per week remote working (flexible).
Salary between £45k-£50k on a pro rata 7 month basis
