What the Information Technology Department does at Worldwide
The IT department is made up of seasoned professionals united in one common goal: to keep Worldwide’s technical infrastructure operating at the highest levels for our employees and our customers. We are a global team comprised of numerous professionals including cyber security, artificial intelligence, IT helpdesk, application support, and more.
What you will do
* Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including custom web parts, extensions, and applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
* Lead the utilization of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend SharePoint functionality and create custom business solutions
* Architect and implement complex SharePoint Online solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SharePoint-based solutions that meet business needs
* Implement and maintain robust security measures and compliance standards within SharePoint environments
What you will bring to the role
* Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities
* Expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
* Proficiency in modern web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
* Strong experience with React.js for developing SPFx solutions
* In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and OData query syntax
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong project management skills and experience leading SharePoint initiatives
* Familiarity with data protection regulations relevant to the industry (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
Your experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role OR high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years in SharePoint Online development, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
* Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing large-scale SharePoint Online solutions
* Extensive expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
* Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development frameworks (e.g., React)
* Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
