Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our busy Recruitment and Onboarding Service. You will provide professional assistance to both internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures. Meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy are essential to delivering high-quality service.

Candidate Profile
To succeed, you should have:
* A basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, such as advertising, pre-employment checks, and issuing offers and contracts.
* An understanding of how Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion principles apply to recruitment.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficiency with digital tools and computer systems.
