Welder Required!
Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm
£14.50 per hour basic pay
Fridays is overtime
£21.75 per hour
Busy periods around 22 hours overtime a week ( this is just due to workload).
Venatu Recruitment Group is currently looking for a Welder with basic Fabrication experience for our client based in Bridlington.
Overview:
* Working under strict Health and Safety guidelines
* Welding various Mild steel and structural steel construction products including Modular steel framing
* Fabricating steel to the Building Trade and construction industry.
* Operating MIG - from 5mm to 12mm, General metal fabrication, including operation of Guillotine/ Punch and other equipment.
* Cutting, repairing and assembling of girders, beams, columns, and other building components to form complete structures.
* Welding internal chassis.
Qualifications/Experience
* Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance
* Minimum 2 years of welding experience
* Basic fabrication experience
* Basic understanding of reading engineering drawings
* Physically fit as may need to perform some heavy lifting duties
