Shifts: Part Time, 10 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Pay Rate: Basic rate of £12.30 per hour

What is Involved
Our Chef plays a vital role in the operation of our Care Homes. You will prepare and produce excellent quality meals to high standards. You will:
1. Welcome the people we support warmly and live our values.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic support and supervision to our kitchen staff.
3. Plan meals in consultation with residents and staff to ensure individual dietary needs and preferences are met.
4. Ensure that all Health and Safety and relevant legislation is adhered to.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality food tailored to people’s needs.
* Follow our procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care in the food we provide.
Essential Skills
1. 12 months cooking experience.
2. Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference.
3. Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve.
4. Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
5. A commitment to undertake training and development.
Desirable Skills
1. Previous experience of kitchen work within a social care setting.
2. Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities.
3. Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks.
4. Confident IT user.
