The successful candidate will lead and shape the future development of our estate at a time where the Fire Authority is investing significantly to ensure our buildings provide first-class facilities in strategic locations across West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership and management in all matters relating to estates, property, and facilities.
2. Manage the performance of Property Services.
3. Represent the Fire Authority’s interest in all matters relating to its estates.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience working in a senior Estates and Facilities role within an environment of comparable scale and complexity.
2. Flexible and adaptable with extensive knowledge of major change programmes.
3. Educated to degree level, with membership of a relevant professional body e.g. Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) as a desirable.
