TEXO are seeking a motivated Client Relations Coordinator to assist our leadership team in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will conduct market analysis across several market sectors and coordinate all group sales enquiries through the daily management of our CRM database and complete a range of administrative duties. Duties and Responsibilities Gather information and market intelligence that’s used to support weekly and monthly presentations to senior management Assisting with the preparation of presentations for prospective clients Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities. Ensure bid deadlines are met and feedback collected on successful/unsuccessful bids Creating and developing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Providing research assistance to BD Team and Senior Management Events Management Attending company hosted events to help with the registration and meet & greets Attending externally hosted events to promote the company and/or man exhibition stand Providing general administrative support when required Desirable Degree in Business or Sales Marketing related subject Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Membrain) Experience in presentations using power point Experience in Power BI (preferred but not essential) Excellent IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Good administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail To apply please contact Cheryl Demus at TEXO Recruitment
