We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the passionate back of house team at Bread Street Kitchen Liverpool.
Based in the heart of Liverpool ONE, Bread Street Kitchen Liverpool is a bustling restaurant with a large and breathtaking space, providing real round-the-clock dining and drinking - whether it's an early breakfast meeting, after work drinks, or a large group dinner.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook menu items to high standards.
2. Assist in managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
2. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
