Information about the workshop
Islanders will meet with a range of JT employees including those who work part time, have done a career pivot later on in life and those who are parents and carers.
We will share our family friendly policies and flexible working practices, as well as the various different career pathways available at JT.
The workshop will also include small group sessions to help people consider their strengths and areas of interest.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
No previous experience is necessary, however you will need to have the right to work and live on the island without a permit/have a minimum of five years residency.
All we ask is that you have a desire to get back to work and an interest in finding out more about a career with JT.
