EA to Senior Directors of Internationally Recognised Business
Temporary position until December, hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH), full-time, based in Birmingham. Salary up to £15/16 per hour depending on experience, for an internationally recognised business.
The successful applicant will be based in Birmingham and will provide direct support to three directors, along with a wide range of other support to facilitate their leadership roles.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing complex diaries and inboxes proactively and efficiently.
2. Producing and collating documents, presentations, and briefings.
3. Undertaking research and sourcing information, interpreting and responding to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
5. Organising and budgeting complex travel arrangements both nationally and internationally.
6. Planning, organising, and coordinating events with high-profile clients.
7. Leading internal and external initiatives.
8. Supervising and managing a small team, supporting staff development, and managing change.
Applicants must have previous experience providing executive support at board level for an organisation of similar calibre.
