Permanent 20 hours per week: term-time only (39 weeks per year) Band D The Governors and Headteacher of Bedford Drive Primary School are looking for a reliable and dedicated School Caretaker to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: General maintenance and minor repairs Ensuring the school grounds and buildings are clean and well-kept Opening and securing the school Monitoring health and safety compliance Liaising with contractors and suppliers About You: Reliable, hardworking, and proactive Good practical and DIY skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of health and safety procedures (or willingness to learn) A friendly and professional attitude In return we can offer: A school leadership team that are highly committed to developing staff, with a commitment to support your professional development and aspirations.
