We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-motivated, dedicated and consistent;
• Is a strong team player, good at building relationships;
• Has a confident, resilient and flexible attitude;
• Is highly-organised, able to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines;
• Is well presented with a professional approach;
• Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
• Can observe Health & Safety regulations fully and identify possible risks;
• Holds current First Aid, or is willing to undertake training;
• Enjoys working with young people and supporting them in lessons.
