Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across a range of subjects, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals. Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons, contributing to a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Work closely with students who have varying abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEN), adapting your approach to meet individual requirements. Support classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning for all students. Help monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and assisting with targeted interventions where necessary. Encourage and motivate students, fostering their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
