About the Role: As a Trainee Sales Manager, youll embark on an immersive 69-month journey designed to build your skills and confidence in sales and team management. This is an entry-level sales role where youll start by engaging directly with customers, working towards sales targets, and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities, including engaging with clients and supporting the wider team. This entry-level position is fast-paced and immersive, offering full training and hands-on mentorship, so no prior experience is required.
