Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a consultancy business within real estate/construction. They have multiple offices all over the UK including London, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol, Sheffield and Newcastle. This role is hybrid working and you can be based from any of their offices. As Bid Manager you will be a key point of contact for subject matter experts and client delivery teams, with responsibility for the day-to-day bidding activities and championing best bidding practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on and end-to-end management of bids for public and private sector opportunities, ranging from SQs and RFIs, to complex strategic and high-value bids.
* Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues including client delivery teams, members of the wider Sales & Marketing team and business support functions.
* Communicating and working across their UK offices to promote and embed understanding of bid tools and resources and ensure the local application of a consistent bid process.
* Liaising with subject matter experts, giving guidance on the bids process and championing good practice.
* Leading and contributing to high-value, strategically significant and international bids.
Experience required:
* Proven track record of success in a bids/proposal coordinator/manager role.
* Understanding and experience of bidding to the public sector.
* Professional services or construction industry experience would be an advantage.
