Receptionist/ Office Manager Role

To ensure the effective management of the Brixworth office, ensuring it runs efficiently while providing support to the management and senior management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking responsibility for basic facilities, such as ordering stationery, refreshments, and lunches.
2. Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready in advance of meetings, including refreshments and any other requirements requested by the meeting room lead.
3. Being the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring all visitors understand safety procedures, sign-in process, and parking arrangements.
4. Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting as required.
5. Assisting with the coordination of SNC, WNC, and NNC events both at central and depot locations - Brixworth, Towcester, and Wellingborough.
6. Providing administrative and rollout support for strategic documents, policies, and procedures.
7. Processing enquiries through WMS, providing support to teams to ensure all enquiries are responded to within agreed SLAs.
8. Ensuring the efficient distribution of incoming post and preparing outgoing post for collection.
