Job Details Grade: 7A Hourly: £17.10 - £18.76 Salary: £31219.15 - £34248.64 per annum pro rata Contract Duration: Temporary until 19 October 2025 Hours: 28 Please note there are two posts available for this vacancy Role Purpose We are seeking to recruit an experienced and skilled member of staff, with a background in working with children and families and third sector agencies, to work as part of a Cluster team to support and improve outcomes for families. A key responsibility of the post holder is to link with other agencies and organisations in the community that may be already working with individual children and families or who can play a positive role in interventions. The post holder will contribute to:- • Developing positive home-school relationships • Intensive Family support with identified families • Delivering Parenting courses with ELC & P1 enrolled families • Supporting families to access 3rd sector agencies In order to: • Increase attendance • Reduce exclusions • Increase attainment & engagement The post holder will work with individual children and families/carers. The service is aimed at delivering early interventions at a local level thus alleviating the need for more formal referral procedures. Essential A sound educational background, preferably with qualifications to at least Higher level. A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
