Location: Remote/Field-Based – Anywhere in the UK or Ireland
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial refrigeration specialist, seeking a commercially focused and technically strong Industrial Sales Manager. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead the growth and leadership of the service sales division, driving new business across service contracts, parts, and modernization projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive service-related sales in the industrial refrigeration sector (Ammonia & CO₂ systems)
* Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
* Prepare quotations and technical proposals using Salesforce
* Deliver effective sales presentations and value-based solutions
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
* Provide ongoing client support and ensure high satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution
* Travel frequently across the UK/Ireland to meet with customers
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in industrial or technical sales (preferably in refrigeration or HVAC)
* Strong technical knowledge of Ammonia and CO₂ systems
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
* Comfortable with frequent travel
