The Central Australian Youth Link-Up Service (CAYLUS) is a division of Tangentyere Council Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) - a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from Alice Springs Town Camps, Urban Alice Springs and Central Australia.
CAYLUS started as a petrol sniffing prevention project in November, in response to widespread issues in the region at that time. While CAYLUS remains focused on preventing sniffing, we also work to reduce the impact of other substance misuse by reducing their supply, harm, and demand across Central Australia.
