We’re working with an independent group of luxury hotels looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. Our Client A group of luxury hotels with a great culture and long history of success, that have a range of different properties offering accommodation, multiple restaurants, weddings, spas, events, etc. The Role You’ll lead their marketing activities for all of their properties, across multiple marketing channels, with a strong focus on social media. It will be a varied, busy and hands on role. You'll create and share captivating content daily, including viral reels, engaging posts, and interactive stories – across primarily Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok – both organic and paid. You'll also organise influencer visits, write press releases and blogs, create promotional emails, promote events, as well as manage local, regional, and national advertising. You’ll manage a Marketing Executive and a Designer, as well as managing a digital agency responsible for SEO/PPC. This role is office and hotel based, as you’ll be expected to immerse yourself in what’s happening in each hotel. You’ll also need a driving licence and a vehicle. You You’ll have a solid marketing background, in particular with good experience with social media, both organic and paid, with experience using Meta Business Suite & Manager. You’ll be a strong writer, with excellent attention to detail as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Highly organised, able to multitask effectively, working across multiple hotels and service offerings. What’s in it for you
