This will bea hybrid role with a mix of remote office and sitebased working. Weare ideally seeking someone based in the northern home counties aswe deliver projects across multiple sectors within north London thenorthern home counties and EastAnglia.
TheBusiness improvement Specialist is responsible for supporting ourteams in collaborative planning and production routines deliveringperformance improvements and simplifying ways of working using Leanthinking. The role is particularly exciting as it covers over anumber diverse teams on site and in preconstruction and designphases. As a team we are also responsible for driving innovationand thought leadership by challenging the industry norms. The rightcandidate will have a mindset that challenges the status quo andstrives to find a betterway.

Essential Criteria: Appropriate CSCS card Valid driving licenceAppropriate managerial experience in the services sector Experienceof undertaking a BSM role or supervisory role in an M&Ediscipline for Operational Delivery Understanding of all relevantM&E and services legislation Commercial acumen Proficient useof and Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word,Outlook. Experience on a variety of M&E projects in a widerange of sectors Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC / NVQ4etc)
