A vacancy exists for a Grade 5 Kegging Machine Operative to work on the pasteuriser within the Packaging Department at Samuel Smith’s.
No experience needed as training will be given
As a Packaging Operative, your duties will include:
* Operating machinery
* Loading and unloading kegs from pasteuriser
* Good attention to detail
* Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
* Communicating effectively within the workplace
The Ideal Candidate
* Good food hygiene and health and safety knowledge
* Flexibility towards shifts and availability
* An excellent attitude and work ethic, always keen to learn new skills
* Good level of physical fitness due to demanding duties
* Previous exposure to manufacturing or food production advantageous
