Responsibilities andduties:
* To followand review a prescribed care/support plan; this will involvehelping the service user regain confidence safety andindependence.
* To assess andtransfer service users and support users to engage in positiveactivities which promote good mental health.
* To produce staffrota’s/time sheets information either in written orcomputerised format to the Operations Manager on a weeklybasis.
* Supervising staff onan individual basis and holding team meetings as necessary to aidcommunication within the team. Supporting staff through theirinduction period and the completion of the Common InductionStandards.
* To ensure all qualityperformance target are met and feedback is provided to theOperational Group Manager/Head of PerformanceManagement.
* To undertake the first visit of a clientcare programme to ensure the health and safety assessment iscorrect before handing the package of care begins prepare weeklyreports for the CPN during the first 6 weeks ofplacement.
* To collate monthlyreports and ensure they are up to standard before presenting themto the Operations Manager for signoff.
* To be on call foryour team and your coTeam manager covering their area of work intheir absence.
* You will beresponsible for auditing weeklymedication
* To audit all serviceuser finances and ensure that bank accounts aremanaged.
* Cover for staffsickness by either amalgamating the hours into your own rota orcovering the call with another teammember.
* Record Keeping– To keep appropriate daily client records in theapproved form and to help prepare reports for reviews/ caseconferences.
* To take part in andcontribute to regular reviews/caseconferences.
* To support ServiceUser liaising with family other Health and Social Workprofessionals.
* To attend themeetings with the Care Coordinator to provide valuable feedback oneach service user to help the team review progress.
* To consult the CareCoordinator whenever there is concern/ deterioration significantchange unusual events changes in social circumstances. Also toupdate the relevant team members on relevant progress of theService Users.
* Health and Safety– Before a service is provided there will be anassessment of Health and Safety factors from the Team Managerviewpoint as well as a Risk Assessment of any risks to the serviceuser. The Team Manager is required to follow health and safetyrequirements generally and specifically to follow the individualassessments.

OtherDuties:

o To promote thephilosophy of "ordinary life" and independentliving according to the wishes of the ServiceUser

o To receive complaintsand to help ensure that any complaints are fully investigated inaccordance with ComplaintsProcedures.

o To attend trainingcourses relevant as required.

o Any other dutiesconsistent with the general level of duties and responsibilities ofthe jobdescription.

o To report anysuspicion of abuse to the Operations Manager in line with the Adultprotectionpolicy.
