Job Purpose: To oversee the current and the future programs as well as implementation of new logistics processes Key Duties & Responsibilities: Co-Ordinate creation of plans, by special vehicle project, to ensure there is a part-by-part supply method from to 3PT to Job 1 Ensure Future projects have an aligned strategy and progressive parts supply Maintain detailed logistics planning timings for each new model including body movements between multiple sites and implementation of flow strategy including Kitting, Sequencing, Lineside layouts & warehouse capacity planning Support company project planning cycles, through participation & collaboration with different stakeholders including Safety, Design, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing etc. Ability to understand and manage the waste within the process to identify and help to minimize the cost throughout. Facilitate MP&L responses to SEL’s identifying new supply chain requirements and proposing capital and revenue requirements. Validate proposal at PDL stage. Qualification & Experience: A proven logistics engineer who has previously demonstrated delivering significant cost reductions, and enhanced operational efficiency by implementing data-driven solutions and process improvements across the supply chain Candidate should possess experience working in the luxury or bespoke automotive industry Engineering Degree or above Behaviours: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in logistics software, attention to detail, effective communication, adaptability, and leadership to optimize supply chain operations and manage cross-functional teams Belong at Aston Martin We understand that the incredible beauty, craft and art that defines an Aston Martin comes from the inclusion of our amazing people.
