DESCRIPTION
Amazon EU Customer Fulfilment Operations is looking for a Sr Learning Experience Partner to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team, to lead the development and deployment of LeaF (Leaders as Facilitators) - our flagship facilitation certification program designed to mirror the success of Amazon's Bar Raiser program. This program is being developed as a worldwide solution for Training-the-Trainer initiatives across Amazon's global operations.

We are looking for a learning professional with exceptional skills in: learning solutions design, project management, and building relationships with internal & 3rd party technology partners. Internal partners include: People Experience & Technology, Talent Management, Mechanical & Process Engineering, Operations Development, Amazon Fulfilment Technology, Amazon Robotics & Safety team. External partners include a range of start-ups and established technology providers.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be a creative & analytical problem solver, have the ability to distil complexity into evidence-led, persuasive narratives, understand behavioural science & adult learning theories, and have experience in deploying technology led learning solutions at scale. They will be able to quickly build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high energy environment.
Key job responsibilities
Program Development & Management:
1. Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and detailed lesson plans for all LeaF program levels
2. Design blended learning experiences incorporating e-learning, instructor-led training, self-reflection exercises, shadowing opportunities, and practical application components
3. Transform LeaF into a worldwide solution for TTT initiatives, ensuring consistency while allowing for regional adaptation
4. Manage the complete certification journey from Level 1 (Root) through to Bar Raiser (Canopy) certification
Driving Behaviour Change Using Learning Technologies:
1. Leverage leading learning technology to encourage behavioural shifts and enhance learning outcomes in learning journeys
2. Utilize technology to augment learning experiences, ensuring programs are effective, innovative and future-proof
3. Build and manage a Facilitation Academy to continuously upskill the core facilitation team
Making Data-Driven Decisions:
1. Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to refine facilitation approaches
2. Make significant, impactful changes to learning programs based on actionable insights
3. Track and report on key metrics including facilitator confidence, NPS scores, and cost savings
Championing Change Management:
1. Navigate through the complexities of extensive change management
2. Ensure learning programs are aligned with organizational shifts and developments
3. Identify, advocate, and facilitate change, ensuring learning initiatives are adaptable and resilient
Network & Collaboration:
1. Build and utilize a network for collaboration, facilitating meetings with department heads and directors
2. Build and manage a network of facilitator champions across functions to deliver standardized EU programs
3. Forge and nurture relationships across various departments and levels
4. Drive senior stakeholder buy-in through data-driven program marketing and regular engagement
Travel required for ~50% hours.

As a Sr Learning Experience Partner owning LeaF, your role blends creativity with strategic planning to build an exceptional program that will drive facilitation excellence. You use various technologies to enhance learning experiences and influence behaviour. Your typical day includes:
1. Developing new training materials and lesson plans
2. Collaborating with instructional designers on blended learning solutions
3. Coordinating with your network of facilitator champions
4. Analysing program metrics and participant feedback
5. Meeting with senior stakeholders to drive program adoption
6. Working with global counterparts to ensure consistent worldwide implementation
7. Reviewing and updating content based on latest facilitation best practices
8. Data analysis to improve engagement
9. Managing change and aligning learning initiatives with team goals
10. Collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in content strategy, internal communications, publishing, or editorial roles
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master's degree
2. Experience in program or project management
3. Proven track record in developing and implementing content strategies for educational purposes
