Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our dynamic, innovative and long established client based in Dundee to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. In a role which could suit either a full or part time applicant, the role of the Bookkeeper is to ensure that daily transactional reporting deadlines are achieved and core accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time. Reporting into the Managing Director your daily responsibilities will include: - Purchase ledger processing including resolving invoice queries. - Sales ledger including issuing payment reminders. - Bank reconciliations. - VAT returns. - Bookkeeping to trial balance stage. - Daily use of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. - Payroll on a weekly and monthly basis and resolving an payroll quieries. - Preparing financial information for the Directors as required.
