Document Controller (Major Infrastructure Scheme) Location: Long Itchington Salary: £35,000 per annum Are you a Document Controller ready to take on a larger project or more interesting work? Or a Document Controller with a year's experience looking to progress? We're recruiting on behalf of an infrastructure subcontractor who has been supplying the industry for over 50 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the UK's largest infrastructure developments, based at the Long Itchington site. This client is open to candidates with a year's experience in a Document Controller role or similar, as they are happy to train/ mentor the right motivated candidate. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with HS2 and contractor standards Ensure all documents are up to date, version-controlled, and distributed correctly Support the wider team with document queries and ensure smooth document workflows Use document control systems (such as Asite, Aconex, or similar) to track and manage documentation Liaise with engineers, site teams, and external stakeholders to maintain accurate records What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an Admin/ Document Control role or similar. Strong working knowledge of common document management systems Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and support multiple teams in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude and solid communication skillsIf this role is of interest please apply here and we will contact you directly.
