NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. This is a permanent part-time position of 14.7 hours. (Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.)
The shift pattern for this position is Thursday & Friday 9-4:30pm.
The post holder will be based in the North East Locality working directly within the multidisciplinary, multi-agency team providing an effective and efficient secretarial service. Main responsibilities will include:
1. Copy and audio typing
2. Dealing with face-to-face and telephone enquiries from patients, relatives, carers, and staff groups
3. Maintaining team diary
4. Recording and preparing minutes of meetings
It is essential that you are proficient in Microsoft Office software, have excellent keyboard skills, and audio typing experience. You must have experience in a similar post.
