Overview: Our client is seeking a confident and organised Accounts and Administration Support person to join the team. This role involves supporting the accounts team with various administrative and financial tasks, including handling utility bills and account setups. Ideal for someone with experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks, this position requires attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of utility management and invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities: · Process invoices and manage transactions using Xero (knowledge of Sage or QuickBooks is also acceptable).· Handle approximately 70 property utility bills, ensuring timely payments.· Set up accounts with local authorities and utility companies, requiring confidence and professionalism.· Record and manage meter readings for properties.· Additional administrative support as required Qualifications and Skills: · 2-3 years experience within accounts administration· Experience with Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks for invoicing and basic accounting tasks.· Strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.· Comfortable communicating with local authorities and utility providers to set up and manage accounts.· Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Benefits: · Flexible working hours, with the option to work school hours or full-time.· Competitive salary within the range of £25,000 - £28,000 (pro-rata for part-time).· Immediate start, with interviews available this week.
