Job Title: National Account Manager
Location: Remote Role
Salary: £57,525 per annum
Shifts: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week (Flexible hours)
Contract Type: 1- 2 years contract
We are currently recruiting for our client who is a global company with operations in over 70 countries and sales in over 200, operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, and consumer goods.
Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious National Account Manager who will oversee, harness, and amplify relationships with key customers within the Retail and Office Channel.
As a National Account Manager your duties will be: -
Managing national accounts within the UK & Ireland and Office Sales channel.
Lead emerging Retail accounts.
Collaborating with buyers, merchandisers, and customer supply chain to drive incremental opportunities, delivering profitable sales growth.
Networking across the different internal functions, shopper marketing, demand planning, customer service and the sales functions to align functions enabling internal and external objectives to be met.
Identify needs, articulate strong value propositions, and meet customer requirements to promote company solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction.
Manage orders, pricing, and customer queries to ensure the business is proactive, collaborative partner to retailers who resolve any issues in a timely manner.
The successful National Account Manager will have the following skills: -
Must have proven key account management and high-profile experience preferably within the FMCG/Retail market.
Flexible to travel for quarterly sales meetings.
Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Must be customer focussed with the ability to manage customer communication to deliver operational excellence.
Must have UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
