Data Coordinator £24,000 - £29,000 plus benefits Manchester city centre, in this role you’ll be working in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office at least 2 to 3 days a month. We’re looking for a Brand Data Coordinator to help develop the high-quality products our customers love and expect. You’ll be part of our Co-op Own Brand Team, responsible for creating own-brand products that meet exceptional quality standards. You will play a key role in delivering our strategy to become the most trusted and biggest brand in the convenience market by supporting data-led decision making. What you’ll do Support the Co-op Brand Data team with a range of ad-hoc tasks and administrative activities. Work closely with the Own Brand Data Manager to manage IRIS, our quality management system, ensuring data accuracy. Provide weekly and quarterly reports to update senior colleagues on Co-op Own Brand performance, along with ad hoc reporting as required. Pull data from various sources and provide top level insights to the wider team and key partners. Build relationships and regularly engage with key partners and suppliers to solve issues, improve processes, and provide relevant insight. This role would suit people who have Experience working with large data sets, with attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations. Good Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation using pivot tables and formulas. The ability to engage with a wide range of partners across the business. Experience in identifying opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations. Why Co-op?
