We are looking for someone who has a thirst for knowledge and delivers beyond customers' expectations. They need to have an open mindset to learning and be genuinely interested in understanding customers' needs to provide them the best service.
Turning Factor makes transformational change with their customers, and we have a need for a Team Leader to lead and transform a small team with ambitions to grow it.
The role requires you to have business to business experience and a track record of opening doors in corporate environments. The candidate will have an ambition to succeed their own targets and be committed to developing their team to enable them also to achieve their expectations.
Earning potential would be that you can double your base salary with bonus, which would be unlimited.

Who you are...
* Previous experience within sales is desirable but not essential.
* A desire to make outbound calls and answer inbound enquiries with confidence.
* A positive attitude to work and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
* A willingness to learn new skills and create a career in sales through desire, motivation, and sales excellence.
* A desire to exceed personal and company targets to deliver uncapped rewards month on month.
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, & Excel).
Your working day...
* Responsible for achieving monthly targets and KPIs as set out by the Contact Centre Manager.
* Making outbound calls from the company database to existing and prospective customers, creating leads to develop sales.
* With training, recommending, demonstrating, estimating, and negotiating to win business and cross-selling the full range of products and services, to maximise company revenue and personal rewards.
* Learn all company systems relevant to the role.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues through the business to achieve customer satisfaction.
