About The Role The post holder will be responsible for curriculum design and delivery of all vocational accredited and non-accredited course offer at the Learning and Enterprise College Bexley. They will be expected to develop a strategic, efficient community learning offer that meets the community learning objectives and reduces duplication of courses in the locality. They will ensure continuous improvement through effective deployment of resources and provision of a diverse, creative, and flexible curriculum. The post holder will be skilled in developing successful partnership working. They will be confident engaging with a wide range of relevant stakeholders in the local area to shape our offer to local needs, engage target groups, and deliver high quality outcomes for learners and partners. You will be supported to undertake professional development activities and further training and be a designated safeguarding officer.
