Your Role:
1. Lead a team of sales advisors to deliver fantasic customer service
2. Proactively drive store performance across all departments with creative flair
3. Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines
4. Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures
5. Maximise sales and product availability whilst controlling costs
6. Exceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service, driving company TV's
7. Promote our values and our culture to internal and external parties
8. Comply with all USC policies and procedures at all times.
