The Role:
They are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 12 months of experience, preferably within IT recruitment, to join its high-performing team. They are seeking someone capable of working autonomously, that has strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior professionals across Tech, Sales, Engineering, and other functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates for tech start-ups and scale-ups.
* Maintaining strong client relationships, acting as an extension of their teams to understand their culture and hiring needs.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* At least 12 months of recruitment experience (IT or tech recruitment is a plus).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
* Highly motivated and driven, with the maturity to work autonomously.
* A genuine passion for helping clients and candidates achieve success.
