Bristol Street Motors Van Centre Exeter & Plymouth Bristol Street Motors Van Centre Exeter & Plymouth are recruiting for a CMA Branch Manager to join our successful team This is a unique opportunity to join our team in a senior role and help support both sites. We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £75,000 plus a range of company benefits As a Branch Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the sites you manage, fostering manufacturer relationships, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire : Manage a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Buying Vans : Take charge of purchasing vans, managing stock, negotiating deals, and ensuring a quality and diverse selection of vehicles. Marketing Products : Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our vans, accessories, and services, driving both foot traffic and online sales. Customer Service : Ensure that customer service standards are met, ensuring long-term client relationships and repeat business. Sales Management : Oversee the sales process, including van options, finance packages, and upselling of services and accessories. Inventory Control : Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal vehicle inventory and minimising overstock or shortages. Team Development : Train, coach, and support your team to grow professionally and provide exceptional customer experiences. Operational Excellence : Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of van buying, stock management, and vehicle sales. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to drive sales through both traditional and digital marketing channels. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and growing the business. Full UK driving licence.
