Role Overview
As an Instructional Designer, you will create engaging, innovative, learner-centred solutions that demonstrate KSAs high standards and commitment to our clients' learners. Using tools like Articulate, youll design multimedia solutions that encourage active learning and effective feedback.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with Subject Matter Experts to analyse learning needs and outcomes.
* Design and develop various learning solutions, including e-learning, videos, animations, and e-books.
* Create assessments (quizzes, assignments) to measure learning impact.
* Collaborate with our client relations managers to work closely on projects to deliver goal-focused solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
Qualifications and Skills
1. At least 2 years of experience in content development and an understanding of learning design theories.
2. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning delivery.
