Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide management, advice and guidance on planning and leading internal productions.
2. Act as a key point of contact for internal production requests and liaise with the event owner to craft their request into a production brief.
3. Share preparation documents, resources, and guidelines.
4. Demonstrate experience in broadcast event production.
5. Create and understand production briefs, schedules, reports, and run of shows; possess experience and knowledge in TV, media, or broadcast production.
6. Exhibit confidence and articulate communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent time management skills.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
8. Adapt to changes as required by the event.
