Role Requirements Our unique 2-year experience consists of several rotations across our diverse finance function, including financial accounting and reporting, management accounting and financial control enabling you achieve your Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification. Responsibilities What you can expect We will support you to learn technical accounting standards and financial control frameworks. Your responsibilities will include assisting in day-to-day financial activities such as data entry, cash processing, reconciling bank and balance sheets, as well as preparing financial statements for RSA and its subsidiary companies. The Individual What we need from you We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time to become a qualified finance professional, then that’s an advantage. You will need GCSE Maths & English at (Grade C or level 4-9) or equivalent, plus 96 UCAS points from A levels or equivalent qualifications. This Apprenticeship is available only to individuals who have the right to work in England and do not require visa sponsorship.
