The role:
We are seeking an innovative and proactive Marketing Executive to drive our marketing efforts with a focus on content creation for our complex care services. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to attract new referrals, highlight Superior Healthcare’s value to commissioners and families, and support recruitment by showcasing the experiences of our incredible team.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content creation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to deliver engaging campaigns.
* Experience with social media management.
* Understanding of WordPress.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Work with the Client Relationship Manager to build a library of written, video, and photographic testimonials for complex care and recruitment marketing.
* Develop engaging newsletters for staff and stakeholders.
* Design and implement a social media strategy to boost recruitment and business development.
* Highlight daily office activities, client success stories, and ghostwrite content for leadership on LinkedIn.
* Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing Executive to update and enhance the website, aligning content with business goals.
* Review and update the complex care brochure every 3-6 months, incorporating case studies and client stories.
* Create engaging and informative content for office screens to keep staff and visitors informed.
* Develop user-friendly brand guidelines for internal and external use, ensuring consistency across all materials.
* Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing Executive to create cohesive marketing and recruitment campaigns.
* Partner with the CEO to coordinate and produce bi-annual company-wide updates.
* Establish a marketing plan aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
* Collaborate with the Registered Manager to evolve an accessible, client-friendly handbook and suite of client materials.
