ICT is a be-spoke GSK in-house system to calculate and eliminate intercompany profit for Group consolidation and reporting. It is extremely complex system considering complex trade routes we have in GSK, there are 100+ tables and each of these tables has its specific characteristics. The output from the system must be flawless and seamless, otherwise it can impact Group Consolidation & Reporting to External Stakeholders
ICT modules for Transfer Pricing, SMP, Actuals Reporting and Standard Setting all play significant part in Inter-Company Profit data and processes. ICT Processes are highly complex and data accountabilities exist across the organisation – e.g. in GSC, LOCs, Hubs, In Country Shared Services (ICSS), Central Supply Chain Accounting.
The ICT Subject Matter Expert (SME) role is a permanent tole. As part of ERP strategy roadmap, the purpose of this job is to work on 2025 ICT related Confirmed and Released stage activities for S4 Hana. The role holder is required to work for 5 days / week. This role will be London based as the current ICT GPO organisation is based in London
The role will report to the ICT GPO Director.
Key Responsibilities
The role holder will be the assigned subject matter expert (SME) across ICT processes. The assigned processes may change over time. The current processes are:
* ICT Standard Setting process
* ICT Annual Transfer Pricing process
* ICT Standard Maintenance process
* ICT Actuals and Plan process
* Interim processes when plants move to S4 and E2E ICT is in ECC
The 2025/26 Confirmed and Released stage activities planned during this period are as follows:
* Acting as the main link into the BAU organisation to drive these activities. This will include understanding the As-Is process and Confirming the same with BAU organisation.
* Once confirmed, take these processes to the Realised stage to partner with Tech to build the functionality in S4, understand the functionality and then test the build
* Liaise with BAU organisation to perform various tests including UAT and its sign off
* Provide Business sign off for these activities
* Ensure robust controls are in place, which are optimised for effectiveness and efficiency, working with risk & assurance, internal audit, compliance colleagues and external auditors as required
* Participate in relevant governance forums which impact process design
* Escalate process performance or design issues where necessary to appropriate senior leadership
* Be the ‘go to’ person for these activities for the business within the ICT processes, soliciting user and customer feedback
* Responsible to draft documents around new processes, functionalities to support BAU teams to carry out the activities in S4 once it goes live
* Responsible to provide trainings to the super users and end users
* Provide Business approval for these ICT activities wherever required
* Provide Business approval for documentation updates BPSDs, GSOPs and Training Materials

* University degree, relevant system related qualification
* Knowledge and experience of GSK Supply Chain and inter-company profit systems and processes
* Expert level problem solving ability
* Ability to work across global GSK organisations and influence the business in seeing the wider picture rather than their own interest
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex supply chain issues and understand the impact on inter-company profit of any changes
* Ability to understand very complex systems and manage this complexity in an organised process
* Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
* In depth knowledge of GSK’s ICT system
* Expert knowledge of Inter-company profit tracking and reporting processes
* Experience in developing and executing process design, improvement and standardisation across multiple systems and organisational boundaries
* Experience of Reporting and Accounting
* Experience in assessing creating robust business case
* A proven track record in driving change and implementing transformation
