HAYLEY DEXIS have an immediate opening for a Receptionist to join our well-established and experienced team based at our head office in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities as our Receptionist will include:
* Alternating on a weekly basis covering site 1 and 2 reception areas, meet and greet, ensuring that all external visitors are logged into and out of the building and are offered regular hospitality.
* Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
* Providing efficient administrative support to Hayley Inspire (Learning and Development function). This will include using MS Office for word processing, spreadsheets etc.
* Responsible for the set up/clear down of the Training Room.
* Maintain calendars for the booking of meeting rooms, ensure that these rooms are checked between meetings and are cleared down/set up as appropriate including washing up.
* Ordering from external caterers as appropriate.
* Arranging accommodation/transportation.
* Organising refresher training for fire wardens/first aiders and manage fire warden and first aider checklists for the Group, including arranging replenishment of kit.
* Answer the telephone in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all messages are passed on promptly.
* Control of refreshments for the building, maintaining an adequate stock of essential items, ordering from approved suppliers on a regular basis.
* Report any maintenance problems to ensure that reception, meeting rooms and facilities are fully functioning, clean, and tidy (keep a record of faults and actions).
* Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
