Contract Administrator Position Available
Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

About Us: Chappell Engineering Limited is a dynamic and customer-focused engineering firm. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our busy Customer Facing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Facing Team.
* Manage all administrative tasks in accordance with business recording systems.
* Handle general office duties including answering phone calls, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception duties.
* Prepare and distribute incoming enquiry paperwork.
* Input data accurately into SAP.
* Maintain and update First Aid boxes and Defibrillators.
* Order office supplies as needed.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in SAP and other office software.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
* Core hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with potential for additional hours by agreement).
Compensation:
* Benefits: Pension plan at 9% company contribution
* 25 days holiday entitlement. Increasing to 30 days with time served at the company.
* Sales Bonus calculated every month,
