Job summary This is an exciting developmental opportunity for motivated and experienced midwife to join our Lucina Birth Centre at Croydon University Hospital NHS Trust as a Band 7 Lead (Maternity Cover) We are looking for forward thinking, positive leaders who can help us to continue to achieve great things. The successful candidate will already be working at an advanced level, with a wide range of clinical skills and experience in various settings and can support junior staff whilst ensuring quality care provision to women. The role will involve supporting and promoting change as we continue to implement and embed our continuity of carer models into practice. You will work closely with the Consultant Midwife and Intrapartum Matron to ensure that high standards of care and quality assurance is maintained. Interview date: TBC Main duties of the job 1.
