As a valued member of our growing Compliance Services team, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and filing of IPT returns for your own portfolio of clients – not only ensuring they meet their legal obligations, but also ensuring our reputation as the European market leader in Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) compliance services. The world of compliance services offers real responsibility from day one – you will be looking after your own clients in the following ways:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for your own portfolio of clients
2. Validating Client Insurance Premium Tax data using in-house software
3. Confirming tax amounts due to your clients
4. Creating accurate tax returns for your clients
5. Ensuring all data is accurate and returns submitted within strict deadlines
6. Developing and fostering a close working relationship with all clients
7. Attending client meetings as and when appropriate
What We Need From You:
8. Possess first class attention to detail including data accuracy and deadline management
9. Be assured in prioritising a working schedule which ensures returns are filed within legal timeframes
10. Be able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
11. Be a team player with a “can do” attitude
12. A willingness to learn new skills as business needs dictate
13. Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products
14. Additional European languages an advantage - and you will get a chance to use them!
15. Comfortable working in a business environment
