£30,500 FTE Pro Rata | Part–Time | Hybrid
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our Client in Exeter on a Part-Time basis. In this role, you will work closely with managers to enhance team performance and develop people-focused solutions. You will provide expert guidance on HR matters and mentor an HR Coordinator to foster professional growth. This is a generalist position, offering variety and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation.
This role is Part-Time; 29 hours per week, working on a Hybrid Basis with regular access to the Exeter office.
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor include: -
* Partner with managers to identify HR priorities and provide guidance on people practices, including team restructures and succession planning
* Lead on employee relations issues such as flexible working, bereavement, and maternity/paternity leave, ensuring compliance with employment law
* Oversee HR reporting, payroll support, and payment-related processes like P11D and SIP information
* Champion corporate initiatives such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability, while keeping HR policies up-to-date with relevant legislation
Requirements of the HR Advisor include: -
* Proven experience partnering with managers and navigating sensitive HR matters to achieve positive outcomes
* Level 3 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) with strong knowledge of employment law
* Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to analyse and present information effectively while maintaining attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
