We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Belton Estate in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

The advertised salary for this role will be in effect from 1st April.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator, you’ll be working as part of a busy Facilities team, providing efficient and effective facilities management across a wide range of buildings and infrastructure within the Lincolnshire portfolio. You'll mainly be based at Belton Estate, but will also support Woolsthorpe Manor, and Grantham House when needed.
You'll be working from 9:00am - 5:30 pm. However these, times will change to fit in with Belton houses opening times across the year and there will be requirements to work outside of these hours.
What you'll be doing
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Belton operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative).
Additionally, you'll support fire safety, emergency planning and procedures, security, health and safety and risk management in general .
