We are currently recruiting for Commissioning Engineers to join our integrated joint venture team on the TDA Framework at Sellafield
The main goal of this framework is to assist in the decommissioning of the Magnox Swarf Storage Silo, one of four legacy waste plants prioritised for clean-up by Sellafield Ltd’s owner, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) .
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Safely carry out all testing activities throughout all stages of Commissioning
2. Identification of faults and the ability to propose and implement solutions
3. Production of test documentation
4. Pre site inspections
5. Organisation of Commissioning and support resources
6. Demonstration of plant knowledge
7. Input Risk Assessment and Safety System of Work
Here's What You'll Need:
8. Minimum - HNC/HND in Engineering related subject or equivalent.
9. Experience in nuclear commissioning.
10. Project management knowledge, preferably APM member.
11. Calculation production using Excel.
